Youth and Community Catch Up - Youth Week 2024

Talk 2 Me Bro, a suicide awareness and prevention group, will facilitate an inclusive session of breathwork, ice baths, and conscious check-ins and connection.

Hot drinks will be avaliable for all attendees.

You will learn correct breathing techniques to use for stressful situations and use those techniques in uncomfortable situations, an ice bath.

You will leave knowing that you can do hard things and get through them.
