    Overview:
    Marking 100 years since our nation’s involvement in the First World War, the Anzac Centenary is a milestone of special significance to all Australians. Giving local residents the opportunity to honour the service and sacrifice of all those who have worn our nation’s uniform, including the more than 102,000 who have made the supreme sacrifice, ‘Campbelltown Commemorates’ will remember not only the original Anzacs who served at Gallipoli and the Western Front, but will also recognise more than a century of service by our service men and women, and highlight the involvement of local residents.

  • Forest Lawn Cemetery Bus

    Overview:
    Do you need help to travel to the Forest Lawn Cemetery at Leppington? Council runs a monthly Cemetery Bus service for seniors in the Campbelltown Local Government Area who do not have transport to get to Forest Lawn Cemetery. The service operates on the last Tuesday of the month and takes local seniors by bus from their doorstep to Forest Lawn Cemetery and back home.

  • Heritage Festival tour - Guided Indigenous walk

    Overview:
    Discover the Dharawal National Park and learn about the Indigenous heritage of the Park on this guided walking tour. A guide from the National Park will take you on an explorative walk of the Park, as you take a fresh look at the landscape from a Koori perspective. Participants are advised to wear comfortable walking shoes and a hat, and to bring a bottle of water.
