    What we are looking for

If you have a good quality product or stall, that is well presented, we would like to hear from you. Our events are well marketed and attract consistently high attendance levels.

All stallholders, at their cost, must hold current public liability insurance cover to the value of $20 million.

Trade at one of our upcoming events

We will be seeking quality stallholders for our events up to and including Australia Day 2024. To make it easy, you can apply for one of these events or multiple events on the one application.

Say tuned for the Application form link to come.

    Selection of Stallholders

As you can imagine our community events are popular and well loved by everyone who attends.

Presentation is key, for each event we look for high quality stallholders, and ask all of our stallholders to complete a detailed application form, which is assessed by our Events team.

We know that there are often a large number of suppliers out there offering the same thing. We review all our applications individually across a range of criteria, and take into account product quality, stall presentation and experience. We know there is no advantage in having too many of the same type of vendors - we want variety as much as you want a fair chance to have successful trade.

    All other events

Applications for all events including, FEAST, Fisher's Ghost Twilight Fair, Fisher's Ghost Sunset Sounds, Christmas Carols, NYE and Australia Day.

Some events only require food trucks, other events are seeking markets stalls, unique artisans and quality retail. Find out more information via the application form link.

If you have any questions, our Events Team will be happy to assist.
