Plans and Specification Requirements

Construction Certificates and Complying Development Certificates (CC's & CDC's)

You will need to provide four (4) copies of all plans and specifications with your Construction Certificate or Complying Development Certificate application.

Council's Construction Certificate Requirements - (Class 1 & 10) Residential Development(PDF, 170KB) provides a full list of documentation requirements for lodging a Construction Certificate Application for Class 1 & 10 buildings.
