Relocation of Dwellings

Requirements for the relocation of dwellings

  • A Development Application and Construction Certificate Application are required to be lodged for the relocation of an existing dwelling
  • A completed Development Application form
  • Four (4) copies of all required plans
  • A completed Waste Management Plan
  • Site plan drawn to a scale of 1:200
  • Floor plans drawn to a scale of 1:100
  • Elevation plans drawn to a scale of 1:100
  • Structural Engineers details of the footings and tie downs to the footings
  • Colour photographs of all external elevations of the dwelling
  • Proposed transport route for the proposed relocated dwelling
  • Dwellings containing dangerous materials such as asbestos may not be given consent.
