Plans and Specifications

Development Applications lodged for Class 1 and 10 type buildings (domestic residential-type development) are to be accompanied with a BASIX Certificate (energy and water use commitments).

A minimum of four (4) copies of all plans and specifications lodged with Development Applications for Class 1 and 10 type buildings, are required by Council.

For larger type developments, a minimum of eight (8) copies of the application is required including all plans, Statements of Environmental Effects, specifications and supporting studies.

If your Development Application is required to be notified in accordance with our Campbelltown Community Participation Plan(PDF, 18MB), you will need to provide six (6) additional A4 copies of the plans as well.
