T24/11 Cleaning of Campbelltown Sports Stadium

Council invites Tenders from suitably experienced organisations to provide cleaning services for Campbelltown Sports Stadium and Campbelltown Athletics Centre. The Stadium has a range of different cleaning requirements that vary depending on the nature and size of the event.

EOI24/01 Automatic Tilt Doors at MFLC

Council invites Expressions of Interest for the design, fabrication, and installation of four electrically operated toughened glazed glass (or glass like material) facade tilt wall frame doors at Macquarie Fields Leisure Centre (MFLC), 52 Fields Rd, Macquarie Fields 2564 to replace existing roller doors.

T24/12 Design & Replacement of Timber Flooring at Macquarie Fields 

Council requires a suitably experienced organisation to design, remove and dispose of the existing sports hall flooring at Macquarie Fields Fitness and Indoor Sports Centre (the centre) and replace it with suitable hardwood timber sprung flooring that is designed to be a suitable playing surface for multiple indoor sports and is in accordance with applicable standards.

The floor area to be replaced is 33m x 25m =825 m2.
This includes the removable gymnasium pit cover of 6.6 x 2.25m = 14.85 m2.
This gymnasium pit cover consists of 5 panels 1.32m x 2.25m each.

Council anticipates for the works to be carried out within 6 weeks during October/November 2024.

T24/06 Veterinary Services

Council is inviting suitably experienced and qualified organisations (registered practising veterinarians) for inclusion on the panel for the provision of Veterinary Treatment and Services to any animal which is impounded/surrendered/seized by the Council Animal Care Facility.

Services required include, but are not necessarily limited to, vaccination of animals, heart worm testing, examination and treatment of animals, provision of veterinary advice, provision of emergency accommodation, de-sexing, micro-chipping, and euthanasia of animals and have been split over the following 4 options.

  • Option 1 – IN-HOUSE - Services performed at Animal Care Facility – located at 2 Rose Street, CAMPBELLTOWN NSW 2560 - for Health Checks/ Vaccinations/Micro-chipping/Euthanasia
  • Option 2 – EXTERNAL - Services performed at Panel Members Clinic –for Critical Care/Diagnostics/Surgical   Procedures/ Euthanasia
  • Option 3 – EXTERNAL - Services performed at Panel Members Clinic –for De-sexing Services
  • Option 4 – ON-CALL - Emergency Responses – within the Campbelltown Local Government Area (LGA) as required in emergency situations (e.g. injured stock or companion animals

Tenderers may tender for one or more, or all of the above options as each ‘Option’ will be evaluated separately
