T24/13 Campbelltown Athletics Centre Synthetic Surface Replacement 

Council is inviting Tenders from a suitably experienced organisation for the removal, disposal and replacement (design and installation) of the synthetic athletics track, artificial and natural turf areas not including the natural grassed infield.

The design and installation is to include the line marking of a new World Athletics Class 2 certified impermeable sandwich system surface and competition areas to World Athletics Class 2 standards including provided Council with proof of World Athletics Class 2 certification and the installation of new artificial turf for all non-competitive areas within the athletics track, excluding the natural grassed infield.

The works must be delivered and completed between 9 December 2024 and 28 February 2025.

T23/12 Kerbside Collection Services 

We are seeking the services of an experienced organisation to provide best industry practice kerbside waste and recycling collections services to our Local Government Area.

Council is committed in providing a leading role in educating and encouraging the Campbelltown community to reduce the quantity of waste disposed and improve the quality of resources recovered through the collection of recyclables and garden organics, increasing the diversion of waste from landfill over the life of the contract.

The services to be provided include, but are not limited to, the following;

  • Weekly collections of residual waste
  • Fortnightly collections of garden organics
  • Fortnightly collection of recycling
  • Bulky waste kerbside collections

Council is preparing to implement FOGO by the mandated deadline.

Council is responsible for Crown Land at 59 Junction Road, Leumeah 2560, currently designated as operational land, which is used as the Contractor’s Depot. An opportunity to undertake a site inspection will occur in March 2024, with a date to be advised via addendum.
