Learn to Swim Programs

Confident swimmer or completely new – we have a program tailored to suit you. Don’t let a lack of confidence in the water keep you or the kids from enjoying a refreshing dip in the water.

Our Learn to Swim program is a year round program. Students attend a half hour lesson once a week with an industry qualified instructor. Learn to Swim lessons are available both morning and afternoon, Monday to Friday, as well as Saturday and Sunday morning (excluding public holidays). Our program takes a four week break over the Christmas and New Year Period.

Swimming levels

Lessons are available for students aged six months to adults.

Starting from a Clam, children progress through 10 different levels in our Learn to Swim programs(PDF, 689KB) as they develop their swimming skills and refine basic watery safety skills, all the way to becoming Sharks. Each level is recognised with an accomplishment award.
