Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

The Campbelltown Swimming Centre was officially renamed The Gordon Fetterplace Aquatic Centre on 3 September 2011, in honour of one of our city's staunchest advocates and former Mayor, Mr Gordon Fetterplace, who passed away in March 2008.

Come along with your friends and family and have a picnic at our BBQ areas and let your children enjoy our water park facility. Newly refurbished and conveniently located near the Campbelltown CBD – you don’t have far to go to meet new friends while enjoying a leisurely swim or getting fit.

Swimming works your whole body, improving cardiovascular conditioning, muscle strength, endurance, posture and flexibility all at the same time, and this facility is one of the best in Macarthur to take a dip.
