Are you a competitive runner, or just wanting to enjoy a fun jog with family and friends?

Sign up for the casual 5km course or for the more competitive runners, the 10km course is the one for you.


How to enter

In-person and online registrations will be released soon.

Registering as a team

Enter yourself and create your team name then notify other members.

As other team members register online, they can search the team name from the drop down menu, select the team you wish to join, and proceed with registration as normal.

  • Teams must have a minimum of 4 team members, and online registration only.
  • Can comprise of both males and females.
  • School team participants must be from the same Primary or High School to be eligible to race together as a team.
  • Teachers and parents can't be part of a school team, however you can enter as an 'Open Team'.

Results

Results are available from 10am, participants can view your Race results on The Timing Guys website.

All entrants who complete the event can download your finisher's certificate from the Official Results Website by typing in your race bib number or full name.


Age Category - Line honours and prizes

Medals, trophies and prizes are awarded to the outright 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female place getters for both distances, and in each age category who are the first across the line.

Outright winners and place getters are not eligible for an age category trophy.

5km line honours

  • 1st male and female - $75 each
  • 2nd male and female - $50 each
  • 3rd male and female - $30 each

10km line honours

  • 1st male and female - $100 each
  • 2nd male and female - $75 each
  • 3rd male and female - $50 each

Team category - Line honours and prizes

The combined times of the first four members of the team to cross the finish line are used to determine the fastest team result.

Barrel draw prizes - around 9:40am

All race entrants will automatically be entered into the barrel draw, for some prizes donated by our race sponsors. If you have already left the event, we'll contact you within two weeks via phone or email to make arrangements to collect your prize.

What are the age requirements for this event?

Minimum 7 years old for 5km and 12 years old for 10km.

Is the course pram friendly?

Are welcome to participate over either distance.

Where does the event take place?

Our gradual 5km and 10km incline course(PDF, 3MB) weaves around the Western Sydney University and TAFE NSW Campbelltown campuses, with scenic views of the city and surrounding hills.

Where does the race start at the location?

Enter Western Sydney University Campus in front of the School of Medicine Building, off Goldsmith and David Pilgrim Avenue, Campbelltown. Listen out for the announcement to head to the start line.

What stalls are at the event?

Returning to the event this year will see a variety of health and wellness stalls. Stay tuned for the list closer to the event date.

What prizes are up for grabs?

Hang around following the race for your chance to win some amazing prizes. Don't worry, all bib numbers automatically go into the draw so participants don't need to do anything expect be there on the day to accept your prize.

Where do I store my baggage?

Free secure baggage minding will be provided next to the registration area.

Do I need to bring my own water bottle?

Yes, please bring your own water bottle with you. On course and finish line water stations are available.

Are there any child-minding services available on the day?

There will benochild minding available on the day. Kids are welcome to spectate with accompanying supervision.

Where do I pick up my bib and how does it work?

You can pick up your bib the day before or the at the event prior to it starting.

Bring your E-Ticket and a valid identity card to collect your race bib and FREE t-shirt on:

  • Saturday 08 November between 11am to 1pm
  • Or Sunday 9 November (Race day) between 6:30 to 7:45am

Pick up area is located at the Courtyard, Western Sydney University Campus School of Medicine Building. This is located off Goldsmith and David Pilgrim Avenue, Campbelltown.

Timing chips are attached to your bib, which are used to record your time. The race bib must be securely tied to the front of your race t-shirt/singlet attire.

Don't forget your race bib on the day, as there is a charge for replacement bibs.

What happens to the event if it’s raining or bad weather?

If there is heavy rain on or close to the race day - we'll send you a text message and posts on social media and update our event page if the race is postponed or cancelled.

If the event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
