Litsa operates a well-loved local family owned business, Kings Charcoal Chicken, that has been operating for 34 years on the main street of Campbelltown. Litsa's father, Arthur Panoutsopoulos, comes from a small village town in Greece, where he was a shepherd, making Litsa a first generation Australian.

Discussions include: Litsa opens the conversation around Campbelltown's reputation and what it means to come from a country town that has a big city spirit. Known as one the girls from the 'Chicken shop', Litsa well-known small family business, Kings Charcoal Chicken has operated for over 34 years on the main street of Campbelltown, bringing back the Greek in the Australia family. Litsa shares what it was like being a first generation Australian and community connections. We hear from former NSW Police Commissioner, Ken Moroney, who has been Litsa's neighbour for over 20 years. Litsa also shares her hopes for the future of Campbelltown.
