Order an additional bin

If you find that your bins are consistently full each week, we can help.

Residents can request extra bins for general waste, recycling or garden organics.

To order an additional bin, call our friendly Customer Service team on 02 4645 4000.

After your request is received, your additional bin will be delivered within 3 business days, and your rates will be adjusted to reflect the change.

Important: Only the property owner, managing agent, or strata manager can request or cancel additional bins.
