We have partnered with RecycleSmart to provide you with a free collection service for recyclable items that cannot go in the yellow lidded recycling bin.
How does it work?
You can book a pickup in just three clicks from RecycleSmart's app or website, leave your bag of recyclables at the door, and a local driver will pick up, sort and drop off the items for recycling.
Residents of the Campbelltown LGA can subscribe to a monthly pickup for free (up to two bags per month) or book an on-demand pick up for $5 per bag.
What do they collect?
- soft plastics
- textiles - wearable and unwearable clothing, including shoes
- misfits - hard to recycle items, eg. cookware, coffee pods, printer cartridges etc. Full list of items on RecycleSmart's website
