What happens to my waste? 

Once your bin is collected, the contents are taken to Lucas Heights landfill and nothing is recovered. 

How can I reduce my input to landfill?

Every small action makes a big impact! Here’s how you can help:

  1. Recycle right - know what items can go in your yellow-lid bin
  2. Donate – give unwanted goods a second life through local charities
  3. Free drop off – take your household problem waste to Campbelltown’s CRC
  4. Get involved – join in on Campbelltown’s waste and recycling programs
