Political Donations and Gifts Disclosures

The Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 requires that, in certain circumstances, a Disclosure Statement is required to be submitted in relation to any planning application lodged with Council .

These include:

  • Development applications
  • Complying development certificate applications
  • applications to modify a consent
  • applications to make an environmental planning instrument or development control plan
  • applications to approve a concept plan or project
