Project Summary

The track has undergone a complete transformation to meet the World Athletics Class 2 guidelines, with a change in surface colour to a blue material, installation of a new discus cage, as well as new artificial turf areas around the track. 

The construction included
  • Replacement of existing artificial and natural turf areas around the track
  • Replacement of the whole track, including a change in surface colour, to a blue material
  • Replication of current line markings, including Little Athletics Australia hurdle line markings
  • Installation of a new discus cage
  • Additional line marking of a 'reverse 200m' section.

This project was funded through Campbelltown City Council.
