At Campbelltown City Council we offer School Holiday Care during the school holidays for primary school aged children at two convenient locations, in Raby and Campbelltown.

Cost of School Holiday Care

Fees start from $66 per child. Excursions are priced at a higher fee.

You may be able to claim Child Care Subsidy to reduce your fees.

Operating hours

Our School Holiday Care services operate from Monday to Friday from 6.30am to 6.30pm (excluding public holidays and Christmas closure periods).

Excursions

As part of our School Holiday Care programs, we run excursions to various locations.

• Excursions are a fun and exciting opportunity for children to explore and connect with their community.
• Excursion days have a higher daily fee, however this may be offset by Child Care Subsidy.
• All children booked in to a service on an excursion day must attend the excursion as the service will be closed during this time with no staff or children remaining on the premises.
• Children need to arrive at the service by 9am to be able to attend an excursion.

2024 School Holiday Care Periods

• 15 to 26 April
• 8 July to 19 July
• 30 September to 11 October
• 23 December 2024 to 30 January 2025.

* School development days occur at the beginning of Terms 1, 2 and 3 and the last two days of the year. Check with your school, as these dates may vary.
