Bike helmet safety tips for you and the kids

Campbelltown Bicycle Education Centre Helmet Tutorial Videos

Bike riders are required by law to wear an approved helmet securely fitted and fastened in NSW to help prevent head injuries and brain damage from falls and crashes.

Helmets and safety gear

Approved bicycle helmets have stickers or labels certifying that they meet the Australian and New Zealand standard (AS/NZS 2063) and have passed stringent safety tests.

Always wear a helmet when you ride and make sure you fit the helmet correctly.

Learn more by reading the Helmets and safety gear guidelines on the Transport for NSW website.
