Household light globe and fluorescent tube recycling

You can drop off Compact Fluorescent Lights (CFLs), fluorescent tubes and light globes for recycling at:

Council’s Civic Centre
91 Queen St (Cnr Queen & Broughton St), Campbelltown
8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

This service is for household quantities only (no commercial operators).

  • Remember to transport globes carefully to avoid breakages.
  • For safety reasons we are unable to accept broken globes for recycling.
  • Broken globes should be carefully placed in a strong plastic bag, sealed and disposed of in your general waste bin.

The globes collected are sent to a recycler to be processed in accordance with strict environmental standards.
