Household light globe and fluorescent tube recycling

Campbelltown Council no longer accept Compact Fluorescent Lights (CFLs), fluorescent tubes and light globes for recycling. Please take all globes to:

Liverpool Community Recycling Centre
99 Rose Street, Liverpool
Monday to Saturday 7.00am to 3.00pm 
 
Wingecarribee Community Recycling Centre
177 Berrima Road, Moss Vale
Monday to Saturday 8.00am to 4.00pm
Sunday 8.00am to 1.00pm

 

This service is for household quantities only (no commercial operators).

  • Remember to transport globes carefully to avoid breakages.
  • For safety reasons broken globes will not be accepted for recycling.
  • Broken globes should be carefully placed in a strong plastic bag, sealed and disposed of in your general waste bin.

The globes collected are sent to a recycler to be processed in accordance with strict environmental standards.
