Drainage stormwater blocked/flooding issues (Council land only)

Council owns and maintains a large stormwater network across the LGA. These include:

• Gross pollutant traps (GPTs)
• Trash racks
• Trash booms
• Stormwater pits, grates, letter box grates
• Drainage swales
• Creeks, rivers and detention basins.

Issue located on council land?

• If you have a localised blockage/flooding issue which is NON-URGENT and/or NON-LIFE THREATENING, please report the blockage/flooding issue on Council land online.
• For any URGENT issues related to flooding, damaged grates, missing grates, pits and/or pit lids, please contact our Customer Service Team on 02 4645 4000.
