This plan applies to the whole of the Campbelltown Local Government Area and aims to provide essential local infrastructure. Development Contributions are levied on certain development to help fund essential local public infrastructure, such as open space and recreational facilities, community facilities, key road and transport facilities.

For Applications that are to be imposed with a Section 7.12 development contribution condition please complete the relevant form below:

• proposed development cost of less than $3,000,000 are to complete - Cost Summary Report(PDF, 113KB) - less than $3,000,000; and
• proposed development cost greater than $3,000,000 (to be completed by a Quantity Surveyor who is registered with the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors) - Quantity Surveyors Estimate Form - $3,000,000 or more.(PDF, 58KB)
