Back issue newspapers

At the H J Daley Library, Campbelltown we keep two weeks of back issues of each newspaper in hard copy (on paper).

We have the Sydney Morning Herald back to 1831 on microfilm.

We also keep back issues of our local newspapers, Macarthur Chronicle and Campbelltown Advertiser, one year in hard copy and prior years on microfilm.

Back issues of other newspapers (not just the ones we keep) can be found in our online databases.

Online back issues

Use our databases ANZ Reference Centre and MasterFile Premier for thousands of searchable newspaper articles and issues and also magazine and journal articles.

You can use these databases at the library or from home with a valid Campbelltown Library card.

Please ask staff if you need help searching for back issues or newspaper articles.
