If you are lodging a development application on bushfire prone land you will need to submit a Bushfire Report from a qualified consultant or prepare a report yourself using a NSW Rural Fire Services Application Kit.
If you are lodging a complying development application on bushfire prone land you must submit a Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) Certificate from a qualified consultant.
